Taking comissions and accepting art trades in some cases. SFW only.

I'm fairly new to this whole digital art business, but I have been an artist in physical media for many long year. I have a great degree of passion for the craft, and a fondness for the furry community I serve. I look forward to seeing many more people light up with joy as their dreams come alive through my efforts.

Terms of Business

NOTE: The following terms may change over time. It is the responsibility of the client to remain up to date with any changes made over time.
Use Terms:
- The client is free to use my art for/in stickers, emotes, wallpapers and otherwise with proper credit and inclusion of signature. This allowance of Intellectual Property use does NOT extend to matters of commercial use or inclusion in for-profit material of any kind.
- My art is NOT permitted for use in relation to any generative A.I. purposes. I work hard to produce work possessed of the human touch, and with effort and dedication unique to myself. Please do not attempt to bastardize or falsify this genuineness. The same goes for the act of tracing without due credit or significant alteration.
You are most welcome to ask me to trace or reference my work for artistic purposes such as learning anatomy, creating a basic form, or perspective, as long as you do not assume credit or resell unchanged products.
- A client is NEVER to obstruct, crop, or remove my watermarks or signatures. They are a part of my pieces in a way that make them clearly personal.
- As the artist, I have every right to decline any commission for any reason. Art that I accept at present is always SFW only.
NOTE: Anyone that goes against these terms will be made aware, blacklisted, and publicly decried by all means available to me. You will be denied further business, access, and any refund or recompence.
My Commission Process:
- I only begin working on paid commissions after a down payment. typically one half of the quoted price at point of accepting business.
- I take commissions via Direct Message via Telegram, via typical means within Fur Affinity, and via all present and future linked platform.
- At the present moment I only take payments in United States Dollars. I appreciate clients paying fees so that I receive the full sum of money I am owed and that I'm not being underpaid.
- I send quotes and invoices to all non personally familiar clients and will not start the commission until the invoice is initially paid in part as so described previously.
- I start and finish smaller commissions, such as headshots, long before any larger pieces in most cases, that said, First come, first served is generally held sacred. Your patience, dear clientele, is greatly appreciated.
- Major changes to pieces are only available during the sketch phase of the commission in question, with the exclusion of cases where a fee is negotiated and added. I will always wait for clients to grant me the green light before lining or coloring anything.
- Once a commission is finished, I can message or export the piece to the client. Clients may request for a transparent background option at this stage. I will reserve the right to post, promote with, or otherwise circulate it.
